How the date reminder texts work, and how to end them.

What the programme sends

Care Options Network sends recurring text messages to people who ask for them: reminders before Medicare enrollment periods open and close, your own sign-up window if you are turning 65, notices about your guide, tips for comparing plans and news about the service.

How you join

You join by checking the text message box on careonetwork.com and submitting your own mobile number on one of three forms: the guide request, the date reminders page or the contact form. We never text numbers bought from lists or given to us by someone else.

For every consent we record the wording, the page, the time and the IP address it was sent from.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies; expect no more than 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.

Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.

How you opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, call (719) 701-8266 or email info@careonetwork.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Your number

Your mobile information will not be shared with any third party for marketing purposes. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent with third parties for their own marketing. More is in the Privacy policy.
